Queen Mary’s Hospital

On September 13, 2009, in News, by admin
Queen Mary’s Hospital will close if we don’t keep fighting.

The A&E has now been closed “temporarily” at night.

The Chief Executive of Queen Mary’s has said…

…of the site: ”We would not rule out selling off parts of the estate.”

…of the temporary closure: “For our local community little will change.”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will not roll over and die….we will continue to fight this.

The good deed is to:

1. Sign our online petition at www.gopetition.com/online/30693.html, and

2. Tell your friends, email the petition website address to your address book.

You can be anonymous and you can leave a message for all to read – including those responsible for these closures.

With very many thanks.

Sidcup has a large elderly population who would not survive a long emergency transfer to the other hospitals mentioned. We benefited from the close and prompt attention at Queen Marys with grateful thanks

  2. Christine Kitchen says:

Sidcup NEEDS Queen Marys especially its A and E.

  3. NIGEL says:

We need an A&E, but we need a clean A&E , Queen Marys is in a terrible state , I been in cleaning public toilets, unless it’s maintianed to a much higher standard you are more likely to contract an illness than be cured of anything.
